Founded in January 2002, the Gift of Hope Cancer Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization powered entirely by dedicated volunteers (Pictured).

Our mission is to provide meaningful support to cancer patients and their families in western Nebraska, offering practical help, financial assistance, and compassionate care during some of life’s most difficult moments.

All donations and memorial contributions stay close to home, directly benefiting individuals who have been diagnosed or treated at the Callahan Cancer Center in North Platte.

We work to:

• Recruit volunteers to assist cancer patients and their families with everyday tasks made difficult by illness.

• Provide financial support to help ease the burden of medical bills and other essential expenses.

• Carefully review and respond to requests for assistance with compassion and integrity.

At Gift of Hope, we believe no one should face cancer alone, and with the help of our community, we ensure that hope and help are always within reach.
