Cancer touches every life in some way, whether through a friend, a family member, or a personal diagnosis. At the Gift of Hope Cancer Foundation, our mission is to offer a helping hand for individuals and families facing the overwhelming challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis.
We provide critical support to cancer patients during the time when help is most needed.
Whether it's assistance with everyday expenses, support with transportation or lodging for treatment, or simply offering a sense of relief in a stressful time, we are here to help ease the burden.
As a nonprofit organization, we are driven by a commitment to compassion, dignity, respect, and confidentiality. We recognize that many individuals face financial hardships due to the high costs of treatment, gaps in insurance coverage, or the inability to work during their care.
Through the generosity of our donors and the dedication of our volunteers, we are able to:
Provide financial assistance to help patients meet urgent, day-to-day needs.
Offer resources and support services that improve quality of life during treatment.
Connect patients with compassionate volunteers who offer their time and care.
The Gift of Hope Cancer Foundation exists to ensure no one fights cancer alone. We believe in meeting real needs in real time, providing hope when it's needed most.
Each year, our biggest event, and primary source of support, is the Gift of Hope Annual Fundraiser, held on the third Tuesday in September. This special evening brings our community together to raise essential funds for local cancer patients and their families. Featuring both silent and live auctions, generous donations, and heartfelt moments, the event is a powerful celebration of hope, healing, and giving back.
Gift of Hope Cancer Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is fully funded through generous donations and proceeds from our annual fundraiser held each September. These vital contributions enable us to provide meaningful support to cancer patients and their families in our region during their most challenging times.
Our board members are dedicated volunteers who give their time, talents, and wisdom to guide the mission of Gift of Hope. Their leadership, compassion, and commitment ensure that we continue to serve cancer patients and their families with integrity, care, and hope.
